Hello ! I have the same issue , with 3 monitors but the same problem occurs when windows sleeps. It doesn't always happen but when it does it gets confused as to which monitor is which. I've verified the Display Properties and the the have not changed... I've had this problem for two different pc's both with 3 monitors.. I have to reboot to get the icons back into the correct screens. As above a simple restore will not fix the problem :(</
