Same issue here, and because I was expecting a confirmation of transaction/purchase and didn't, I thought maybe it was because the order didn't go through the first time, so I placed a subsequent order. This time, I saw the Status saying that I will receive an email within one business day. That was on July 30, and we're almost to the end of the week now and still no word. I called the support number since you're here in Michigan (as am I), but was told by recording to email s
