Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.
I have the same issue. I can move the icon but as it gets near the fence I have created it disappears and goes back to its original place on the desktop. Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19045 Fences 4.0.7.2 I have done all the above suggestions from support but nothing. It seems to have started from my upgrade to version 4 from 3.
Sorry did that, did refresh, did reinstall. Also, for some reason, I made a new log-in for the issue but Stardock doesn't recognize it so back to the old account. So, any ideas?
Since the upgrade, I have been unable to move and drop an icon from my desktop to a fence of my choosing. Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19044. Can you help?
I have object manager which shows all my startdock facilities. If I choose to uninstall it takes me to the uninstall option in windows but I have heard that this is incorrect and I need to use the Stardock uninstaller for that purpose. Can you help
