Fences 4 upgrade issues

Unable to move icons from one fence to another

Since the upgrade, I have been unable to move and drop an icon from my desktop to a fence of my choosing. Windows 10 Pro 10.0.19044. Can you help?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Check if you have not accidentally locked. Check it, disable it and try again.

Sorry did that, did refresh, did reinstall. Also, for some reason, I made a new log-in for the issue but Stardock doesn't recognize it so back to the old account. So, any ideas?

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account page https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Reboot , test and report back please.
