It is possible that your problem is with Kaspersky deleting the registration signature file. Can you check this folder and see if there is a licence.sig in that folder : C:\ProgramData\Stardock\WindowBlinds (That is ProgramData and not Program Files) If that file is missing, it's Kaspersky deleting it

They look almost identical, as you can see. Yours are one "1" pixel higher up from the bottom and closer to the top likely due to your display scaling and/or your setting for icon size or related to the theme you use.
