I spoke too soon. Do what pelaird suggests in the previous reply, and then you can do what I wrote in the second part of reply #2.
Then go here : C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Stardock\CursorFX and delete the file "CurrentTheme.CursorFX". The reason for this issue happening, may be that you have a corrupt theme installed, so you should be careful not to select the same theme you were running when this happened.
You can press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to get access to your taskmanager with the keyboard and mark the CursorFX task to end it. Then you will have your default Windows cursor back. That's a workaround , not the solution and it ruins the design of most skins. The problem is a setting somewhere - or how can this in the screenshot below be explained?
I have tried that with no effect or am I in the wrong place in SKS?

Glad to hear that! Thanks for reporting back!
To me it looks like there is a setting somewhere defining the minimum hight of the left & right frame borders or something like that. I just don't know where to find it.
if they are larger than the operating system ones, then this occurs.
I don't think that's the case, Tom. These two large frames work as expected (probably a couple of the largest frames around), but not the much smaller one at the bottom of this screenie: <
This is a quote from developer Neil Banfield in another thread: ( https://forums.stardock.com/515913/get;3872225 ) " There are two possible causes for this 1) Not all the files were installed on your computer. This would typically be caused by an antivirus package breaking things. or 2) Your computer has very out of date information
error 7 comes up. don't work. what is error 7?
Well, that's not a lot to go on trying to help you. First we need to know what you are trying to do to create that error. What Windows version are you on and what version of Windowblinds?
I can't find where the size settings are for these "progress boxes" in SKS 11. As you can see from the screenshot, for some skins the content is cut off and a scrollbar added that makes them a pain to use. Anyone?
I just have the taskbar hidden. If I need one of those hit the windows key and your old taskbar pops up and you can get to them. Not a deal breaker.
You can also add a regular shortcut to a dock of most of the apps residing in the system tray.
Quoting from this thread: https://forums.stardock.com/526808/get;3925499: "Unfortunately there is no chance of them coming back as it's no longer possible. We understand this limits the functionality of the app for people who wish to hide the taskbar. We recommend using media keys fo

Please don't double post. Your other identical post has been removed. Jan Oscar, moderator.
It's on several of the screenshots on the ObjectDock sales page. https://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/ But that's the taskbar, I think.
These are the default icons for some apps in my dock. I think it would be fair to expect default icons to look as good as any other icons without messing up the overall look. And I have a lot of icons that fill the whole canvas that do not look good in OD3.
