One thing I've noticed consistently is if I don't get a second city up I am massively behind. This would be ok, but many starting locations don't have any tiles for a second city. I think overall we need many more places to settle so we aren't spamming outposts everywhere. Maybe there is a global limit on how many cities you can have based on grain. At game start you can field two cities and then as your grain grows you can field more. Also, you could have the ability to conve
