Today my computer updated the nVidia driver for the rtx 4700. Windows 11, Three month old machine. Right after the driver updated, I downloaded a zip file, and then attempted to use File explorer. The left panel worked fine but the right panel, did not update or refresh regardless of the folder the left panel was pointing to. Fences is broken in Windows 10 Home Insider Program I am in the WIndows 10 Insider program. Currently using Build 14343.rs1_release 160506-1708 Screenshot is attached. After a period of inactivity (Unknown how long, probably about 2 hours) all fences and the desktop become blank. The predefined fences are still visible, just zero content. F5, refresh, does nothing. Rebooting or merely logging out and logging back in will bring all the fences back. It

This is hard to describe, so I'll post a screen shot. Once it happens it is difficult to make the Start8 screen go way. It just pops up after clicking the start button and then doesn't go away. You can click again ont he start button, open other apps, hit the windows key, alt tab, it remains. Then for reasons I haven't been able to figure out yet, it will go back to normal. Once I made it behave by typing in the name of an app I wanted to run.

This took me a while to figure out. I have Fences running on Server 2008 R2, Win 7 64 Premium, Home, on several machines. It works perfectly on every machine but one. On one machine I noticed that my (touch mouse) would seem to hangup slightly as I moved the cursor across the screen. This was very aggravating as it often made selecting a button I needed to click on almost impossible to move the mouse just a fraction of an inch over.
