Upon trying to uninstall I get this error: Could not open INSTALL.LOG file. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by unload. :\

Hi guys, I recently downloaded Windowblinds and it's really cool. However, I have one small issue with the program - with any theme I use, the top part of my windows stays the same. I can change my taskbar, the start menu, etc, but not the top of windows. Here's a picture that shows me using a windows 7 theme (I have windows xp by the way).
