Ok thanks for quick response . One question, if I preoder again and the first initial authorization still exists will the money put into the first initial authorization be lost?

Here is the story. I recently preordered elemental fallen enchantress and my credit card issuer confirmed that the full price went through but I never got the confirmation email. A day later stardock tried to charge me the game price again but I didn't have enough money on the card(thankfully). I got an e-mail that said that the payment has failed, meanover, it now says on my account page that I have never orederd anything from stardock before
