(error)Stardock trying to charge double and denying access to product

Here is the story. I recently preordered elemental fallen enchantress and my credit card issuer confirmed that the full price went through but I never got the confirmation email. A day later stardock tried to charge me the game price again but I didn't have enough money on the card(thankfully). I got an e-mail that said that the payment has failed, meanover, it now says on my account page that I have never orederd anything from stardock before but the order was there before I got the e-mail. I can't access the beta for the game. I have emailed sales@stardock.com but so far only got automated replies.

You should have an email that explains the details of what happened.  The synopsis is that there weren't two charges, there was a temporary authorization, then the declined charge.

Ok thanks for quick response. One question, if I preoder again and the first initial authorization still exists will the money put into the first initial authorization be lost?

No, the authorizations are temporary.  What you can do, though, is contact your bank and see if they can expedite the process and have it removed manually, that way you don't have to worry about it.  They can typically do it right away (bank dependent).
