Some more information. Windows 10. Also running Window Blinds 10. Already tried to reinstall Fences 3. Same issue, no blurring behind the fences.

I just installed Fences 3. Everything went just fine, except the option of blurring the wallpaper behind the fences does not work. Is that a known issue ?
