You can add me to this - I have a tabbed dock that I keep auto-hidden along the bottom edge of my screen, set to "always on top". My other docks seem to behave okay (big improvement from previous versions!) but this tabbed dock is constantly dropping behind everything. Usually if I hit "show desktop", right-click it and un-check "tabs always on top" and then right-click and re-check it, it's fine again... for a while.
