You can add me to this - I have a tabbed dock that I keep auto-hidden along the bottom edge of my screen, set to "always on top". If MJ ever had anything good to say about MS, she'd be more believable as a "fair and balanced" watcher, but the fact is she hates the company and everybody in it, and it shows up clearly in her writing.

Just wanted to put in my $0.02- Picasa is an amazing program. In my opinion, the "best Windows app ever" ain't iTunes , it's Picasa. I LOVE the "Timeline" feature. It's one of those programs that makes people who haven't seen it before go "Wow!"

Just tried shortcutting to the Show Desktop quick-launch item and it worked for me, so not sure why it's not for you. Keyboard tip update: Windows key + M will minimize all windows, displaying the desktop, but the true keyboard equivalent for "Show Desktop" is Windows key + D; hitting this will minimize everything, and hitting it again will return everything to the way it was, the way clicking the Show Desktop icon again will.
