No matter what setting I use, overriding the skin defaults to use my preferred desktop BG colour, I'm reset to the skin default when I start up or unlock my desktop - XP Pro sp2. This wasn't an issue before 6.1 as far as I recall - certainly not before the betas, anyway.
I switched to a new skin and this has stopped.
Odd problem started with 6.1 beta, that the default background colour for the desktop always kicks in, even though I've disabled it in favour of another one. I can see this happening as I boot up, that the colour I've picked gets replaced as WB loads. This is on XP pro, sp2 with the current beta.

Since installing the beta of WB6, I'm getting two persitent refresh issues. 1. occasionally, the start menu > all programs menu paints black, but refreshes correctly when the mouse passes over. 2. Often, moving a window causes its background to vanish. Slowly comes back over several seconds, but a resize on any of the borders seems to force a refresh. I'm using a Radeon X600 series PCIe dual monitor card that has a splitter cable, and Ultramon 3. XP pro sp2, WB 6.02.43
wb 5.5 XP - I get problems with add/remove programs flashing and interruptiong the mouse when I'm using it. Anyone else seen this?
some skins under WB5 seem to be having problems opening the taskbar on demand each time. They'll work a couple of times, then fail. On failing, I get just a line where the vertical right edge should be, then nothing.
