windows 7 64 bit, intel core i7 2.2ghz, with 6gb ram CPU usage was sitting at 5%, and physical memory at 46%

this is what its like after ive scrolled over it and let it revert to its normal state

just got my new laptop with windows 64 bit on it, and downloaded the free version of object dock, but when i scroll past an icon on the dock, it blurs the zoom out images into a mess of the different sized icons. does anyone know of a fix for this?
