Hello -- I have latest Start11 installed on two computers (desktop and laptop). Latest updated windows 10_64 and windows 11, respectively. I spend most of my day in Chrome browser using M365, amazon, ebay, etc. Immedatiately following installation of Start11, I immediately notice infrequent but persistent time where MOUSE "hesitates" for some period of time. typically in 0.5 to 2 seconds. It's subtle but pretty obvious when it happens.&n
