When you say Georgia, you mean the Country and not the American State correct? I just googled your name and your username is showing up on a Turkish language website. I think this should be made clear. My only concern for the artist is that if you're in Georgia, Turkey, Russia or whatever, then this artist would have zero legal recourse if something goes wrong. Night Train: It goes back to instincts. lantec: I have never had an accounting issue with calling it a retainer. It's non-refundable and gets paid up front. Call it a "deposit", call it a "fee", just get it up front.

Jafo you're allowed to post a screenshot, you're not allowed to convert the theme to a different format first of all and second you are not allowed to alter the graphics. My EULA was looked over by a prominent south Florida IP attorney.

Bottom line is if you don't like our policies then don't buy our products. It's that simple. I would never disrespect an artist the way some of the people here do. The unwritten rule is you ask permission first if you're going to alter someone's art before you show it in public. Some of you need to read up on copyrights.

Someone who doesn't know better might think this is how our theme looks and not like it. They could then get a bad opinion of Hyperdesk based on this modified version and comment about us on other forums which could end up damaging our brand that we work so hard on to perfect. Bebi: Seriously, why do you think this is any of your business? Our themes are licensed. We spend too much time on our work to let someone come in and ruin it. We do not want people who see this to think this is how the theme really looks. I wouldn't care if this thread was a year old. First of all you've violated the EULA you agreed to when you purchased the theme. You may not alter or modify our themes nor can you convert the theme into another format. Besides that it looks like total crap and does not represent what we created. You're damaging our brand by altering it in a way we didn't intend on and making our theme look bad. Don't do it again. Seriously, don't do it again.

There are a million black themes out there that don't rip off our Star Trek theme. This wasn't one of them. I super-imposed our logoff window and start menu onto his screenshot and you couldn't tell the difference between the two. That's the difference. Why do you find it so hard to believe if he's willing to rip our site's buttons that he wouldn't rip something else?
