I have multiplicity on three desktop systems and something very strange has just started to occur which makes me wonder if the issue involves one of the updates on office 365 or Windows. For example, if I have office 365 applications open on all three desktops and on one desktop I have a Microsoft Word document where I start delete various rows, that action is emulated on the other two desktops with Microsoft office applications open, such as Outlook or even Excel. My office configuration consists of a high-powered desktop with Fences installed and a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 "laptop" as my traveling machine, also with Fences. Both machines are entirely in sync through DropBox (the "desktop" and "My Documents" files have been redirected to the DropBox folder). So when I finish with the desktop and travel into a meeting with the laptop, it has an exact duplicate of the desktop files and is totally up to date. One thing is missing :
