Actions on one PC are replicated on other connected PCs

I have multiplicity on three desktop systems and something very strange has just started to occur which makes me wonder if the issue involves one of the updates on office 365 or Windows.

For example, if I have office 365 applications open on all three desktops and on one desktop I have a Microsoft Word document where I start delete various rows, that action is emulated on the other two desktops with Microsoft office applications open, such as Outlook or even Excel. This causes the loss of information. The only way around this that I have found currently is to make sure all applications, especially office 365 applications, on the other desktops which I am not using, are minimized.

Just wondering if other users of multiplicity are noticing this as well.
