Hello, my employer does not allow dropbox usage because other official alternatives are used and secured. I have been getting reports my system was using dropbox and it took some sniffing with Fiddler profiler to realize that Fences is periodically making requests to dropbox for Crash Reporting. I could not find any option in the UI to disable this, but I did find this regkey: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Stardock\Fences\CrashReportingEnabled I set this to 0, rebooted, b

Thank you for clarifying. I am able to get them snapped to the top with the title bar still on the top, but it just takes a few tries with careful mouse movement. I use the option to keep fences spaced by 8 pixels, which probably is why i can eventually get it to work, since they don't actually touch the top of the screen. If there is any way to request the next update have an option to disable this behavior, I would appreciate it.
I like the title bars to all stay at the top of each fence. If I move a fence near the top of the screen to snap it to the edge, if my mouse gets too close to the top, the title bar flips down to the bottom of the fence. Depending on the resolution of the screen and the mouse, it can take 3-5 times before I can successfully snap the fence without the title bar flipping to the bottom.
