When I perform a fresh installation of the latest version of Fences, the context menu item to lock fences is missing. The workaround has been to install an old (v3x or 4x) version of Fences, then upgrade to the latest version. The O/S of the machines are Windows 10 22H2 x64 and Windows Server 2022 21H2. While this isn't a showstopper, it's somewhat of an annoyance. Any help getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jon

I have a multiple licenses for Start11, Fences5 and Object Desktop and would like to consolidate/upgrade them to be able to install just Start11 and Fences5 on eight machines. What would be the least expensive way to accomplish this? Thanks and have a great weekend! Jon

I'm in the United States, my ISP is Comcast and I'm using Webroot SecureAnywhere on my PC and pfsense as a perimeter firewall. If there are any specific IP addresses/ports I would need to open it might help. The pfsense device is a stateful firewall which means that if a device on the local network sends a request to the internet, the replies are allowed through the firewall unless a rule specifically disallows the traffic. I have no such rules in place.

When I try to view the online styles all I see is a message, "Unable to connect to the servers. Please check your internet connection and try again later." Has anyone else seen this? It has been this way since last night. Thanks, Jon

Did you remember to show hidden files in control panel/folder options? Make sure you've done that then go up to your user root folder and search for the file. Perhaps it's somewhere else but it should be in the folder I said it is in.

I found the resolution: Delete the IconCache.db file in the \Users\{user-name}\AppData\Local" folder and reboot the machine. It's a hidden file so you'll have to set your folder options to "Show hidden files and folders". Once you restart your desktop icons should appear.

I was using Start8 with Windows 8.1 Pro and did an online upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. I didn't uninstall Start8 before the upgrade. After the upgrade I noticed Start8 kind of worked so I uninstalled it and installed the latest build of Start10. Now when I switch to the desktop the icons briefly appear then disappear. I also am using Fences. Is there a fix in the works for this issue? Thanks, Jonny
