I noticed when I install Iobit uninstaller, it adds the icon to the control panel just fine while using "display as menu"... but it always appends a blank item in the list. I posted a link to an imgur album showing how there actually is no blank items in the control panel. I'm assuming this is a start10 issue. Thanks! PS: Link again here .
