I have a 64 bit win 7 and .86 crashes every new game, every save, every time i try and move a unit, about 10 minutes into each game, without fail.

...Well since this sounds kind of like my problem, so I'll do the short version because the posting and not getting a response thing is starting to drive me mad. My F.E. is messed. trying to uninstall the game leads me to "ERROR: could not access network location No$key"..trying to reinstall the game prompts an uninstall..once again bringing that goddamn No$key error to fruition. So I ask, WTFF? Juuuust want to play the game. :(

Well..title said it all. Basically, I run F.E. on a windows 7 64 bit, played for about a week, no issues. Then, Elemental decides that it must act true to its nature, and started crashing at every 5-6 turn on every new game(and saves that I have had no trouble with in the past as well) going directly to windows and stating "Error, F.E. has stopped suddenly, Windows is searching for a solution to the problem". Yeah, I have a windows 7 64 bit. Use to run fine, the occasional crash. Till a day ago when it would crash every time I made it to the 7 turn...no matter the size of the map or what I was doing. Then I tried uninstalling it. Gave me a "ERROR: no $tring found". So, deleted it peice by peice. Tried to install again....keeps prompting me to uninstall and giving me the error message. For The past 3 days, game has been great...love it, love it. Today, every single new game crashes 3 turns in..then i go to my old saves and everything is fine. Sometimes i just want to ram my head through the monitor.

Yeah, 3 seperate games I've had it crash moving a unit. Each time under 3 minutes of starting the game.
