The hideous display of the system tray icons has also bugged me. I chose to not view them all together just because it makes my desktop look like a joke. You can shrink them but they still look unappealing.
This is a very strange problem that I can't seem to correct. Ever since I started using objectdock plus, when I click on a video file to play with Windows Media Player, it will always open up in the background instead of popping up on the screen. Same thing with image files, if I try to open them up with the default picture viewer it opens behind the folder I opened it from. It doesn't do it with most other programs from what I've seen. I purchased Objectdock Plus but I am having some trouble with it. Currently I have the dock positioned on the bottom to the left. However when I load another application (Steam) and exit out of it, the dock moves itself slightly higher for no apparent reason. So far I have only discovered it doing it when I use that specific app. Is there any way to permanently lock it in the position I want it in?
For example, when I click on Firefox it will open it up and a good amount of the time it will freeze for 2-3 seconds before I can use the program. My first guess is that it's a memory problem but I am not running any high maintenance programs and I have an okay processor (i5 430 4 GB RAM). It will also do this if I am opening up a folder. Is there any way to correct this? I think there was a setting in the program that let me optimize memory but it didn't seem t
