It’s set to 150%. It does the same with any % and no scaling. I’ve also tried scaling in the Start 11 settings but it’s still the same.

No, it's solid colour to the edge. I thought it might be that originally or PNG transparency setting giving it an 'edge'. I've tried multiple images / photos and I always get those white lines.

Minor issue but it does spoil the otherwise perfect looking GUI in Start 11 and I always have had the same issue back in Start 10. On my account image I always get white lines to the left and top; Doesn't matter what image or image format I use it's always the same. OCD I know!
