starkers , thanks for the hint. Updated motherboard drivers (where nedeed), bios and Nvidia drivers. Nothing changed, same symptoms. Still freezes on any action. Action means click anywhere on existing fence OR right-click

Hello AzDude , You will be surprised, but i have exactly the same problem as kks2009 , but on Win7 x64. Upon rebooting everything seems OK until you click on existing fence and then it freezes. You can use shortcuts, you can open Fences 3 settings via right click and even change transparency, color or font. But any action with existing fences are impossible, as well as creating new ones. Tried Purge_Fences.bat, Clean boot + Purge
