What is the difference between "Dragon" WB and "Dragon" MyColors? I have to purchase the suite to get the wallpaper? Thanks.

I just received emails regarding free updates to previous Premium Themes that I repurchased for MyColors. I also notice that other previously released Premium Themes are coming soon. Should I purchase these or wait? I have purchased every available Premium Theme and every available MyColors Themes and most of those overlap. Should I be receiving a refund? Thanks.
