It seems this issue has be solved it turns out i had to buy a copy of the sims 3 , i already owned a copy it just wouldn't let me run it with the copy i had.

This still doesn't seem to have fixed the problem which is disappointing , I sent an email several days ago, knowning that support wasn't open but I sent it to sales , if I sent another to support would this set me back in the cue?

I don't know if I'm completely stund or missing something all together but the games are there now but won't install because i can't find them and won't downlaod because it says there not registered which I did, and then I tried to re--register and it tells me its done already! Am I missing something? thanks in advanced for your help

well i got a receipt from paypal im out of town super time tomorrow so i'll just have to deal with it when i get back if its not resolved by then.

I am using paypal with same email address i just sent a email to support am I right by saying they should show up right away?

I though that's what I did, and there is nothing showing up, I though I got a message saying it could take up to a day for the payment to go though, does it really take this long?

That's what I'm saying I have an account I installed implus I bought the games logged in and the games arnt there to download
