how to download?

I don't know if I'm completely stund or missing something all together but the games are there now but won't install because i can't find them and won't downlaod because it says there not registered which I did, and then I tried to re--register and it tells me its done already!

 

Am I missing something?

Stardock support are closed for the Holiday Season and will return to work on January 3rd.  In the meantime you can try this to see if it solves your issue with the games.

Try closing Impulse and running the following file:

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

 

Also. it makes it easier to track what has been tried and what help has been offered if you keep your post on the same subject matter to a single post.

If the above doesn't work then email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket.  You only need to send 1 email to support as tickets are responded to in a first-in first-out basis.  Multiple emails will force your ticket further back in the queue.

This still doesn't seem to have fixed the problem which is disappointing , I sent an email several days ago, knowning that support wasn't open but I  sent it to sales , if I sent another to support would this set me back in the cue?

Did you get a Ticket Number in the auto-reply email?

No need as that would delay any response to your support request.  You can post the number here which would help in the tracking of what has already been attempted.

I am disipointed it won't install or download and keeps telling me to register , I didn't expect to have so much trouble !

It seems this issue has be solved

it turns out i had to buy a copy of the sims 3 , i already owned a copy it just wouldn't let me run it with the copy i had.
