I did I do not use different email address, I have even used the retrieve the product keys for a specific email address .

I have received an email with the receipt but even that did not have any product key nor the download link in it.

Hi Dave, Thank You for your reply, I clicked on the link you sent to me but still I could not find the Object Desktop Manager or anything related to Object Desktop is missing. There are download for my previous old purchases but nothing for Object Desktop or its subset individual products.

I also tried to download Fences and Groupy trial tried to Activate using stardock Account it failed. Please help me install my applications and activate them Personal info removed...Admin
