After last two Windows 11 Cumulative updates bringing my windows to Windows 11 Pro, Version 21H2, Build 22000.1219; I have been having issues with the placing and moving of the pinned icons on the Start11 Task Bar. Just wanted to report, whatever conflict I was having with the Ashampoo WinOptimizer25 and the Start11 1.22 was resolved once I installed the Beta of Start11 1.24. It appears to be starting up and working stable once more with no issues that I can tell. If more appear or return I'll post again (or at least in the beta thread now that I'm using the beta.)

But what I will include are additional descriptions of what I've experianced and tracked down as 'program conflicts' that have started with a new update due to 'new features' in Ashampoo WinOptimizer25 (the new version from WinOptimizer19).
