hello, I have the same problem. I also use win 7 pro worked fine till patch 3.11. Now no longer load of Ashes... Please solve this as soon as possible. I am a great fan and would be happy if you create more new stuff for this great game. I have heard that also win 8.1 has a problem. Hope you will fix this soon !!!!!!! reba453
