I had the same issue my PC won't sleep. After updates and troubleshooting everything else on Windows 10, I then have installed Windows 11 and sleep worked. The first app to install was Deskscapes and the light codec pack. The same issue came up no sleep. This was my determination that it is the app or the codecs. I'm wondering if Deskscapes 11 has resolved the issue? Could it be the codecs, perhaps PC thinking it's running a video stream so it won't sleep? Processor
