I read about Fences in a newsletter and it sounded impressive. When I downloaded it it stopped during installation with a message that it had encountered a problem and needed to close. When I clicked on the message the next screen said installation had been completed. When I attempt to start the program from ALL PROGRAMS it returns the same message that it has encountered problems and needs to close. I tried uninstalling and re-downloading. Same result. Can you t
