Every time I start Windows, my Corporate theme loads fine except for the task bar, which is not shown. The start button, quick launch icons, etc are all there, just no task bar background. If I open Window Blinds and just click "Apply Changes" (without even making any changes) the task bar reappears. Any ideas? Running XP SP3 and WB 7.01 build 83 x86
