Make it broader, fatter. So if right to left is length, then up and down is width. I want to make the titlebar extend further down, become wider.

I want to know the simplest way to wide the Titlebar on a theme that someone else made. I read in an old manual I need to edit the file and add a "metrics" section. Can I not do it through Skinstudio 7? Thanks.
