Sorry for the late responce, My OS is Win 7, 64bit. And the issue happens with EVERY blind but the default. Here is both the Taskbar properties and the About Windowsblind tab: http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/3456/wb7w.png The installation was verified, and it says it was installed correctly.

Ok, so this has been happening probably since the last update, it's been awhile. This has been keeping me from using custom skins. When I restart, or login to my computer, my Taskbar becomes larger. And it wont let me size it down (Yes, it's unlocked), but I can size it up. In order for me to get my skin back to the regular size, I have to switch to the default skin, and then back.
