hi thanks for replies i am installing as admin. I did not disable my AV prior to download or install. I use SOPHOS AV. I disabled it and reran the program but I got the same error. I am using the free version and I downloaded as a standalone product i.e. not through impulse.

anyone know why this wont work? please.....

hi I have just download this and I am getting a runtime error in the setup script source file: Fences line number: 192 Failed to set data for "" I am running xp pro sp3 - i have .net framework 3.5 sp1 net framework (also have .net framework 2.0 sp1 installed - tried uninstalling this but it tells me some programs are using it and wont let me do it - the purposed being to install net framework 2.0 as adv
