Ok so I was a bit annoyed at this same issue but threatening a class action lawsuit because of a $5 application is just silly. It is obvious that they are trying to force people to "upgrade" to start 10. I have start 8 installed upgrading from windows 8.1 to windows 10 and havent had any problems at all. The fact that it isnt the same color as the rest of the OS could not bother me in the least. Regardless, good luck funding your lawsuit. It would likely cost 10,000 times the cost of start 8/
