Never knew there was a deactivate. Never had windows installed long enough to check

I test software for viruses. And having an antivirus just makes it harder to scan files. I reformat every 30-60 days and will keep doing so as long as I test the stuff

I just got a pop-up stating maximum activations reached? I bought Window blinds several years ago and have reformatted my HDD many times since because of viruses or PC upgrades and I have no idea what to do about this message.
