I don't see a support ticket for you in our system. Did you send an email to support@stardock.com , or submit a support ticket via the online form? Note that while our users are very good at resolving problems, the forums are not an official channel for support. Did you have any luck with what DrJBHL suggested?

You can try renaming the ObjectDock folder to ObjectDockPlus under: XP: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Local Settings\Stardock Vista/7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Stardock ObjectDock should automatically use the previous settings next time you run it.

CacheFly is one of our content servers. I can verify that the listed file is not infected, so this looks like a false positive. Likely AVG heuristics is picking up that the DLL can perform encryption (it's part of 7-zip). You may need to set an exception for Impulse in your antivirus for the installation to proceed.

I wasn't able to reproduce this. If you have a right-click context menu open from the system tray tab, then the tab should not hide. Does disabling "Show dock when mouse is over dock" under Settings -> Tablled Dock -> Accessibility resolve the problem?

This error is typically caused by antivirus software, or other real-time network traffic filtering, interfering with the download process. Try adding an exception to or temporarily disabling your antivirus software to see if it resolves the problem.

We'll need to take a look at your Impulse error log. Please send an email to support@stardock.com with the output zip from the following utility attached: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. The start menu works correctly, but is missing the border and the background: http://screencast.com/t/m4losPsjheKp
So I guess with 75 spells, you're shooting for a game total rivalling... Bard's Tale 2? It might be enough. Maybe the "levels" being kind of sparse made it seem worse than it is.
Also remember that some spells have a global mana maintenance cost. You have to decide now if the cost is worth it.

It sounds like you're running the installer each time, which won't necessarily preserve themes. To get access to the other free MyColors themes please visit the following page: http://www.impulsedriven.com/explore/software/desktop/mycolors/free You will see each free theme listed. It's hard to tell, because your start menu is green, but the section from "Help and Support" on up doesn't look the same as the rest of the start menu.

As Philly0381 and DrJBHL said, support@stardock.com or the support web-form are the only official support channels. Did trying Philly0381's suggestion resolve the problem?

Placing the taskbar on the bottom of your screen should fix the start menu position to the bottom.

Also, do you have Fences installed on this machine? Note that Fences and Deskscapes don't tend to play well on Windows XP.
