Since the latest Windows 11 Preview Update, I am having to do a restore to get to my desktop. I am greeted with a flashing desktop with no icons. I have just found that Windows Start-Up Repair resolves the issue by disabling Fences 4 at start-up. Then I reenable Fences once I get to the desktop with the icons splattered across the screen. Microsoft Window 11 Home Version 10.0.22622 x64 Will keep you updated as to the result at next start-up!
