By now I am getting pretty fed-up with Fences 3.0 and the support pages as well. I am throwing this into the forum, as for crying out loud, I cannot even create a ticket since I'm told my username/password are incorrect (well, I made it in here, haven't I?) and to make things even worse: a password reset for the ticketing system is simply impossible, since there is no CAPTCHA being displayed! En result: sending a ticket to support has a 100% fail rate. Good lord! So here I am, i

Previously posted here as well by others. Not solved, nor commented upon by Stardock. @Stardock: renaming a shortcut on a tile is not working for me either. The name changes back to (only) the FIRST letter of the old shortcut name. I'm on Win7 Pro x64, installed Tiles version = v1.1 x64. When will this bug be solved, is there any update available? Please comment (please, do so).

So I purchased Tiles (actually, the full Stardock product, previously I 'only' had purchased FencesPro). Objective: to get rid of the clutter on my desktop (despite Fences) and to MOVE that large no. of shortcuts to my Tiles. I notice, that REMOVING the old shortcut from my desktop results in the Tiles shortcut not working any more. This goes for shortcuts to internet sites. Shortcuts to programs keep working (or at least seem to do so for now).
