Typically, our system is only set up to handle one serial number per account. If you want multiple serial number, your best bet is to buy the second one as a gift. Then the other person can create their own account.

How about you try working with us BEFORE you start threatening and insulting us? Please send an email to support@stardock.com so we can try to figure out what's going on. If you have your serial number, or any record of the sale, it should be a simple thing to get your account straightened out, and even if you don't, we can still help. We want you to play our games as much as you do.

There should be a 'debug.err' file in your "(My) Documents\My Games\GC2TwilightArnor" folder. You can open it up in notepad, and feel free to paste the contents here so we can see what's happening.

cinful: The game should be under the 'My Games' tab. If it is not, try closing Impulse and running the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly. Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it. Then relaunch Impulse

You're all correct! When Trinity was first a 'thing', it was a bundle of vanilla, plus both expansions. You would get a registraton for each. Once the disc version came around, it changed to being one registration. With Trinity, you get the exact same content, you're still able to play, for instance, Entrenchment without Diplomacy, and any multiplayer action will be compatible with the non-Trinity versions of the game. When there's an update for one, there will

I have my beta, but I've only played a couple games. It's inevitable that once I start playing more, my roommate will want me to go up against him. He used to make the Koreans cry back in the day, and he just as good today. Can a Zerg rush kill you in real life?

#1: Forums are not official support. We come here to see what is happening in the community, and try to do as much as possible, but it's still not the be all end all. #2: There are actually Sins specific forums that you may have better luck with in the future, as there is a very large player base for this game, and they're actually pretty quick to help new users: https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/ #3: Stardock clos

The files from Impulse anywhere are OS agnostic, they can be used on any OS that the games are compatible with. (i.e. No Windows 2000!)

Basically, take Stardock Central, modify the GUI a bit, upgrade the behind-the-scenes, and add useful features, and you've got Impulse. And what is intrusive? It's designed to be as unintrusive as possible. It's only required to download, install, and update o

When you archive an installation, keep in mind that it can only be reinstalled to the same OS it was originally installed to. If you want to be able to reinstall the game in the event of an OS upgrade, you can use the 'Download and Archive' feature, though that is only available if the game is not yet installed. Your other option is to use Impulse Anywhere . You can download installation files, which can then be backed up to di

If you're using Vista/7, you may need to run the game as Administrator the first time in order for the game to accept the serial number. Once it's accepted, you should then be able to run the game normally.

Also: " Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Congress had nothing to do with our servers having issues, Stardock being a privately owned company.
