I want to thank everyone for help with the windows 11 explorer tabs not skinning. I took all the advice and worked on it a couple of days, but in the end I couldn't make it work. I decided to take the advice of the first responder and uninstall explorer tabs with vivetool. Now that the tabs are gone, Psycho works great. I first downloaded and installed it in 2006, and it works as well on windows 11 as it did on windows xp. beverly

I am using the latest start 11 and windowblinds 11. I am using Psycho v.5, my favorite skin, that I reworked for windows 10. Is there an option to add a png to skinstudio to skin the explorer tabs. I would hate to give up psycho- such a beautiful piece of work from skoriginals. If I can't fix this skin (originally from 2007), can I start with a win 11 skin and replace the pngs with the ones from psycho. I really appreciate your reply. I hate t

Great skins. My favorite skin for all time is Psycho by skoriginals. I am still using this skin (on windows 10). The skin has not been updated since 2006. and it would really be a gift to see it updated for windows 10.

I used objectbar and miss it. Windows customizations via objectbar and desktopx were the reason I purchased object desktop year after year. I am still using desktopx and tablaunchpad on windows 10 20h2. Request- update desktopx for windows 10 so I can use it fully again.

thanks for the reply. I am very frustrated with this. It looks like stardock is making it really difficult for paying customers, when the intention is probably to combat piracy. Did you actually find a resolution to this or still waiting for stardock? I just paid for an extended subscription a couple of days ago. You would think I would be able to use object desktop. I did send an email to support, but have only gotten auto replys back.

i have had a subscription to object desktop since 2002. I just purchased another renewal and installed on my new machine. I get a register error when I open windowblinds and when I register a maximum activation reached message pops up. can someone help with this. I have reinstalled windows many times and reinstalled object desktop, but I didn't know there was a limit.

I have been an object desktop subscriber since 2002. I purchased a new subscription yesterday and when I try to install I get a message to register and when I do, another activation maximum reached message. I am trying to install on my new sandybridge system. Over the years I am sure I have installed and reinstalled windows and object desktop many many times, but why would that block me. Any help is greatly appreciated. beverly
