Activation maximum reached

I have been an object desktop subscriber since 2002.  I purchased a new subscription yesterday and when I try to install I get a message to register and when I do, another activation maximum reached message.  I am trying to install on my new sandybridge system.  Over the years I am sure I have installed and reinstalled windows and object desktop many many times, but why would that block me.  Any help is greatly appreciated. beverly

Send an email to support@stardock.com

send only one though as any more before you get an answer will send you back to the end of the line. Perhaps support can reset it for you.

thanks for the reply.  I am very frustrated with this.  It looks like stardock is making it really difficult for paying customers, when the intention is probably to combat piracy.  Did you actually find a resolution to this or still waiting for stardock?  I just paid for an extended subscription a couple of days ago.  You would think I would be able to use object desktop.  I did send an email to support, but have only gotten auto replys back.

it happened to me today too, i'm sure it's just a glitch and all will be well once staff is back after holiday

My Fences Pro reported it was not activated a while ago. I was able to re-activate it by adding my Object Desktop serial number and email account in the activation box within the program.

If anyone is still having issues we are looking into the issues, and will report back when it's taken care of.
