How did you resolve the problem? Remove SP3?

Sometimes when I am prompted for a location to either save or open a file, the only place I can navigate to in the open dialog is My Documents. I can't browse to another drive or another location on the same drive. I am running XP SP3 with Ultimate Object Desktop.

I think I'm just missing something obvious but I cannot figure out how to move a running application between Virtual Desktops. All I see is the option to "gather lost desktops" which pulls everything onto the current desktop. That kind of defeats the purpose. I'm sure this is a case of user error but any help for someone new to Stardock products would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance
