Resolved, apparently they split my accounts at one point at had to merge them again. Sorry for getting uppity about it, I was just mad that I couldn't play with my friends again.

Already contacted them with no reply. That doesn't help me at all, as I'm smart enough to realize to contact support. In the past, contacting support doesn't do anything, so any actual suggestions would be nice.

I should've researched first, as I didn't see your post. I have the same problem, and have made a post about it. I have yet to find a solution, and my standard SOASE serial doesn't work for entrenchment.

I bought entrenchment sometime last year from the Impulse marketplace, and my computer crashed a few weeks later. I lost everything on my hard drive, and didn't get a new computer until recently. I go back to download my hard copy of Sins, and that works fine. When I tried to reinstall Entrenchment via Impulse, it says add to cart. I've tried getting my serial code emailed to me, but it only sends the Sins digital download one, and the bonus pack download. I'

It doesn't give too much of an advantage as it is. Sure, you may sack a planet or two if you're focusing on taking them out with a military, but the money spent and time waited doing so could've been used on building more ships and attacking earlier.
