I have been using Fences for a month or so, but I have just uninstalled it. I don't keep icons for programs on my desktop, as pinning programs to the taskbar (a Windows 7 feature) along with the All Programs search introduced in Windows Vista do the job admirably, but I do often use the desktop as a convenient place to keep a small number of files for something I'm working on, and I had hoped that Fences would allow me to do this with multiple projects concurrently.
