My computer's antivirus program detected a virus in Impulse's update while downloading, and blocked the download. Your update for Impulse at stardock.catchfly.net/Protected/ etc shows a Win32/Zperm virus, blocked by Grisoft AVG Anti-Virus 2011. I cannot update Impulse as it keeps blocking a virus in the download process.
